What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe, a very secure third-party payment processor, and accept most major payment methods, including Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Can I pay annually instead of monthly?

Yes. Annual memberships save you a bit and help us sleep better.

Do you offer refunds?

Always, no questions asked. If you're not happy, neither are we. All we ask is that you request a refund within 30 days of the payment.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. Your financial details are encrypted, secure, and never stored by us.

I am a student/senior/group/poor — do you have discounts?

We offer free and pay-what-you-can subscriptions to anyone who needs one. Reach out here.

Will your prices ever increase?

We will possibly, on occasion, need to raise prices. But whatever price you started at will most likely be grandfathered in.
